What I Learned Rewriting a Blazor App with OpenCode
I recently used OpenCode to rewrite a large chunk of an existing Blazor Web App — .NET 10, EF Core, MudBlazor, ASP.NET Identity, Clean Architecture with vertical slices — and came out the other side with a much clearer sense of what an AI coding agent is genuinely good at, and where it'll quietly wreck your architecture if you let it. This isn't a tutorial on OpenCode's features. It's what actually happened: the specific .NET and Blazor mistakes I had to catch or undo, and the do's and don'ts I'd hand to another .NET developer deciding whether to trust OpenCode with something real.
